Returns Policy 

Changed your mind? We all do from time to time! 

We hope you love your Tilly Pig, however if you'd like to return an item from your order from within the UK, our returns policy is simple and free: 

  • You can return any item to us within 28 days from the date of receipt. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, within their original packaging. 
  • All returns processed in line with this will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 

We're unable to refund any items returned to us outside of the 28 day returns period, or any items returned to us not in their original condition. If an item is returned outside of our returns policy, we may have to return this to the original delivery address on the order. In some circumstances we may offer a credit to the value of your return to be used towards a future order with us. 

Faulty or damaged items 

If you feel your item has arrived with you in a faulty or damaged condition, please reach out to our Customer Care Team prior to returning your item to us so that we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. 

How to create your returns label 

It’s simple, easy and free to return your order to us through Royal Mail! All you need to generate a returns label is your order number, email address and delivery address. 

To generate your returns label with Royal Mail, please click here and follow the instructions. You will need your order number which you can find in your order confirmation and dispatch emails, please make sure this is entered correctly so we can identify that the return is yours when received by our returns team. 

You can print your label yourself at home before taking this to the post office OR if you don't have a printer at home, Royal Mail offer free label printing services at all their post offices where they can print this for you. 

Prefer a collection? Royal Mail now offer collection from your doorstep, office, or safeplace. To make it even easier they can also bring the label to you! 

When returning your order to us, please package this up securely and keep ahold of your proof of postage receipt until you've had confirmation of your refund being processed. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Once received by our Returns Team, we aim to have your refund or exchange processed within 3-5 working days. If you have any questions regarding a return you've made, please reach out to our Customer Care Team. 

 International Returns 

 Returns can be made from outside of the UK however these are subject to fees which are to be paid by the sender.
